Protein Blueberry Kale Smoothie

A protein-packed healthy yet equally tasty breakfast that can be made in just 5 minutes. And you won’t even taste the kale!

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup frozen blueberries 1 cup baby kale
1 cup plain yogurt
1 banana
1 scoop protein powder
2 tablespoons old fashioned oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds 

INSTRUCTIONS:„

Combine blueberries, kale, yogurt, banana, protein powder, oats, chia and 1/2 cup ice in blender until smooth. 

Serve immediately.
