It’s hard to beat the standard All American Burger but we offer it to you with a twist, the Blue Cheese Burger.
This recipe makes 12 burgers.
3 pounds lean ground beef 4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup chopped scallion 1 teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce 2 1/2 teaspoon
In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, blue cheese, scallion, Worcestershire sauce and Everglades Seasoning. Preheat grill for high heat. Form the burger mixture into about 12 patties.
Grill patties 5 minutes per side for a medium rare burger or until your desired heat preference. Serve on a toasted bun with your favorite condiments.
