Holiday Cheese Board

It’s festive and beautiful, with an assortment of cheeses, figs, nuts and pomegranate. A must have for your Christmas or New Year’s appetizers. INGREDIENTS:

8 ounces brie
8 ounces gouda
6 ounces smoked provolone wrapped with Prosciutto
6 ounces goat cheese
1 package of sorted crackers
1 cup green and red grapes
1⁄2 cup pomegranate arils
1⁄2 cup pistachios
4 sprigs rosemary

INSTRUCTIONS:

Arrange cheeses, crackers, grapes, pomegranate, pistachios on platter or wooden cheese board. Garnish with rosemary, if desired.
