Local entrepreneur Jon Spiegel has always been a creative thinker and go-getter. He believes in being hands-on and visible in his businesses, and that has translated into the passion he has put into his labor-of-love: decorating the downtown Sebring Circle each year for the Christmas season.

Thirty-seven years ago, Jon noticed that the holiday decorations lining the streets and Circle of downtown Sebring were lacking. Ever the thinker, Jon imagined creating something memorable, something that families would want to bring their children to enjoy, something that would turn into traditions for those families and for “kids of all ages.” He approached the City of Sebring with his designs in hand and was able to win the Circle-decorating contract. Little did he know that this would be the start of a huge undertaking, one that has grown larger and more popular with each passing year.
